1 Introduction and Applicability

3 Account Security and Password

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at 11kk is ৳200. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits must come from an account or card registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

11kk may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in account closure and full balance forfeiture.

5 Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

New accounts at 11kk receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement in this case is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• 11kk reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the account may be closed.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The 11kk VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback is paid at the end of the week and is added to the bonus balance.

Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on regular activity and pattern of platform use. 11kk reserves the right to change VIP terms.

7 Fair Play Policy

All users on 11kk must play honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools
• Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting any technical error
• Abusive behaviour toward other players or staff
• Claiming bonuses or offers through multiple accounts
• Any form of fraud or deceptive behaviour

Violating these rules will result in the account being immediately and permanently closed, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The 11kk sports betting section allows bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and various other international sports. Some important betting rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 11kk itself cancels the bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 11kk has full control over odds changes in live betting.
• If any dispute arises over a bet result, 11kk's decision will be considered final.

Multi-bets or accumulators allow multiple selections to be combined. If all selections do not win, the entire bet is lost.

Upon account closure, the balance may be returned subject to conditions, but in cases of rule violations the balance may be forfeited.
